Hybrid Turbocharger JRspec K03 K03s 1.8T 20V

The JRspec hybrid turbocharger is designed for 1.8T 20V engines and is based on the original K03/K03s turbocharger housing used in transverse-mounted 150 HP and 180 HP engines.

It has been developed to provide increased airflow and power while maintaining excellent throttle response and direct bolt-on installation in place of the factory turbocharger.

The upgrade includes an enlarged turbine wheel and a K04-064 compressor wheel, significantly increasing airflow and boosting potential. Due to the larger compressor wheel, only minor modifications to the intake system are required.

The turbocharger is equipped with a reinforced wastegate actuator, ensuring stable boost pressure even under high engine loads.

To improve durability under increased boost pressure and thermal loads, high-performance bearings with increased resistance to heat and dynamic loads have been installed, resulting in improved reliability and extended service life.

Thanks to the optimized rotating assembly geometry, the turbo offers extremely fast spool characteristics while providing significantly higher airflow than the standard K03/K03s turbocharger.

With the proper supporting modifications, the turbocharger is capable of producing approximately 300 HP.
