The integrated intercooler, located directly within the intake manifold, provides efficient charge air cooling, reducing intake temperatures by up to approx. 18°C. Thanks to the significantly increased core volume and optimized flow geometry, this solution reduces backpressure, relieves the turbocharger, extends engine life, and delivers a real increase in power and torque.
