DynoBox all-in-one package is a portable dynamometer designed to measure the power and torque of vehicles across the entire spectrum of engine speed. This innovative device relies on a precise GPS module, enhanced by an active Ublox antenna, to deliver accurate results.

Preparing for the measurement involves installing the antenna on the vehicle’s roof and setting up the vehicle profile. Tool is invaluable for optimizing engine performance, offering similar capabilities at a significantly lower cost compared to a stationary dynamometer.

What a road dynamometer measurement looks like?

1. Plug the device into the USB port of a computer with the DynoBox application installed, and place the antenna on the vehicle’s roof (the antenna has a magnet).
2. During the configuration of the profile for the measured vehicle, input necessary parameters such as weight, ambient temperature, and atmospheric pressure (in accordance with DIN 70020 standard).
3. Calibrate the dynamometer by maintaining 3000 RPM for a few seconds in the gear to be used for the measurement.
4. Accelerate the vehicle from around 1200 RPM to the limit, then immediately put neutral gear for 15 seconds.
5. The graph is displayed immediately after the measurement is completed.
