Electric Water Pump Mounting Plate DC8710

This innovative mounting solution is an expansion of the mounting options currently offered by Davies Craig. The Electric Water Pump (EWP^®) Mounting Plate adds a new dimension to the technique by which customers can securely install their remote-mounted pump.

Designed to offer a discrete, lightweight, and space-saving solution, this beautifully finished black anodised aluminium plate provides superior mounting flexibility. It assists with a preferred soft-mounting installation by utilizing rubber 'cotton reel style' dampeners, effectively isolating the pump from engine and chassis vibrations.

This excellent mounting accessory suits most engine cooling or water-to-air intercooler applications and is designed specifically for the following remote-mounted EWP^® models:

• EWP^®115 Alloy
• EWP^®130 / EWP^®140
• EWP^®150 Alloy
• Vibration Isolation: Comes complete with rubber bobbins/bushes to significantly reduce vibration transfer to the chassis.
• Premium Finish: Constructed from durable aluminium with a corrosion-resistant black anodised finish.

Important Installation Notes

• EWP^®115 Alloy Fitment: If you are using this bracket to fit an Alloy EWP^®115 pump, you will need longer M4 bolts. These are not supplied in this kit (refer to Part DC8711 for the 5 x M4 x 25mm bolts).
• Older EWP^®150 Housings: For older model EWP^®150 housings, you may need a 4mm (5/32”) drill bit to carefully drill the 5 holes around the perimeter of the pump housing to allow the supplied bolts to fit.
