Manufactured from premium nickel-based superalloys (Inconel 751 / 600 series), these valves deliver exceptional durability, heat resistance, and consistent performance under the most demanding conditions.

Engineered for extreme-duty use, ZRP Inconel exhaust valves maintain their structural integrity at exhaust gas temperatures exceeding 800°C, making them an ideal choice for turbocharged, supercharged, and endurance racing applications, as well as high-output naturally aspirated engines.

Each valve is precision CNC-machined, swirl-polished, and heat-treated to ensure exact dimensional accuracy and long service life. Tight manufacturing tolerances on stem straightness, concentricity, and sealing surfaces provide reliable combustion sealing and stable valve control at high RPM.
