ZRP Standard Intake Black Nitrided Valves are engineered for Audi and Volkswagen 2.0L TFSI engines (EA113 and EA888), delivering exceptional durability, precise valve control, and reliable performance in both high-performance street and motorsport applications. Manufactured from one-piece forged high-grade stainless steel, these intake valves undergo a specialized black nitriding process to significantly enhance surface hardness, wear resistance, and fatigue strength.

The black nitriding treatment diffuses nitrogen into the outer surface layer of the valve, creating a hard, low-friction finish that reduces stem-to-guide friction and improves lubrication stability. Unlike localized chrome coatings, the entire valve—including both the stem and the valve head—receives the black nitrided treatment, ensuring uniform protection and extended service life.

Each valve is precision forged, CNC-machined, polished, and tip hardened to meet strict dimensional tolerances. This ensures accurate valve seating, stable high-RPM operation, and consistent sealing performance in both naturally aspirated and turbocharged engines.
