ZRP +1.0 Exhaust Inconel Valves are engineered for high-performance Audi and VW 4.2L V8 FSI engines operating under extreme exhaust temperatures and mechanical loads. Manufactured from premium nickel-based superalloys (Inconel 751 / 600 series), these valves provide exceptional strength, thermal stability, and consistent performance where standard stainless-steel valves are no longer sufficient.

Designed for extreme-duty applications, ZRP Inconel exhaust valves maintain their structural integrity at exhaust gas temperatures exceeding 800°C. This makes them an ideal solution for turbocharged, supercharged, and endurance racing engines, as well as high-output naturally aspirated builds.

Each valve is precision CNC-machined, swirl-polished, and heat-treated to ensure outstanding dimensional accuracy and long-term durability. Tight manufacturing tolerances for stem straightness, concentricity, and sealing surfaces guarantee reliable combustion sealing and stable valve operation at high RPM.
