Manufactured from premium nickel-based superalloys (Inconel 751 / 600 series), ZRP exhaust valves maintain their structural integrity at exhaust gas temperatures exceeding 800°C. They are specifically developed for extreme-duty environments where standard stainless-steel valves cannot withstand the required thermal and mechanical loads.

The +1.0 mm oversized valve head increases potential exhaust flow, making them ideal for upgraded turbo setups, ported cylinder heads, and performance builds focused on maximum efficiency and power output.

Each valve is precision CNC-machined, swirl-polished, and heat-treated to ensure superior dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and resistance to thermal fatigue.
