The SIMAGIC Alpha EVO Ultra represents a new paradigm in force feedback, delivering a peak torque of 28Nm through a custom-designed 5-pole direct drive servo motor. Built for precision and durability, it features patented Slip Ring Technology for long-lasting, reliable performance and a 21-bit encoder that captures even the smallest steering inputs with exceptional accuracy.

Unlike conventional high-torque wheelbases, the Alpha EVO Ultra utilizes ultra-low inertia technology with an optimized rotor design. By reducing rotor diameter while maintaining torque through extended structure and optimized coil fill, it achieves faster, sharper, and more responsive steering. The result is a unique balance of powerful force and effortless agility, delivering highly detailed and immersive feedback.

The integrated Zero-Cogging Technology ensures ultra-smooth force output with near-zero torque ripple, eliminating mechanical stepping and maintaining stable performance under all conditions. Paired with the next-generation Dynamic Force Domain Filter (DFDF) algorithm, the system processes force feedback at microsecond speeds, dynamically preserving fine details for clearer, more textured and responsive steering.

With over 2 million steps per rotation, the 21-bit high-resolution encoder delivers precise, realistic feedback that captures every detail—from subtle grip changes to aggressive track vibrations.

Designed for flexibility, the Alpha EVO Ultra supports an open ecosystem and is ready for third-party integration, including compatibility with SimHub. An optional QR adapter helps reduce cable clutter, while the built-in extender offers 11 connection ports supporting CAN, CAN FD, and USB, enabling multiple devices to be connected simultaneously for faster data transfer and improved responsiveness.

Dual-mode connectivity with a magnetic socket design ensures a secure, stable connection with minimal signal loss. The high-bandwidth wired interface further guarantees fast, reliable data transmission for consistent performance.

Driver-focused engineering is at the core of the Alpha EVO Ultra. Its advanced active cooling system, featuring Japanese vacuum potting and optimized airflow, allows the wheelbase to consistently deliver 100% torque output. The rigid CNC-machined, 500-ton die-cast aluminum housing provides exceptional structural stability, while versatile mounting options make it compatible with profile rigs, third-party setups, and standard tables. An external kill switch is included for added safety.

The system also enhances immersion through customizable circular RGB lighting effects. The RGB ring reacts dynamically to telemetry, with adjustable colors and effects that add both visual style and real-time feedback to your racing experience.

Compatible with magnetic dash modules, the wheelbase allows instant access to HUD data without additional setup, further enhancing immersion. Native support for major sim racing titles ensures easy configuration, seamless gameplay, and regular updates, while extensive customization options and built-in presets allow drivers to tailor force feedback precisely to their preferences.
