The oil pump system and the expertise behind it were developed through racing and after extensive experience, as this product is critical for the long-term reliability of your high-performance engine
We have increased the oil pressure to around 7-8 bar from the original 4 bar.
This adjustment provides greater oil flow and helps under high loads.
Additionally, we usually use 10W-60 oil instead of the original specification for racing use.

The billet oil filter cover also helps significantly in preventing oil leaks in the future.

Increasing oil pressure is a crucial improvement for EA211 engines, as installing stiffer valve springs leads to the destruction of the oil film at the camshaft support points, resulting in cylinder head damage.

Additionally, the increased oil pressure cools all crankshaft bearings more effectively. The higher oil volume delivered under pressure helps lower temperatures in critical areas such as the piston pin, cylinders, and the underside of the piston.

Furthermore, eliminating the oil pressure relief valve controlled by the engine management system allows for higher oil pressure even at low loads, ensuring better lubrication and overall engine longevity.
