Penrite PRO SERIES ENGINE ZINC BOOST+ 500ml

ENGINE ZINC BOOST+ is a professional, race-proven zinc booster designed to reduce friction and significantly improve the anti-wear performance of engine oils. Developed using advanced additive technology, it enhances engine protection while helping maintain modern oil specifications for fuel economy, performance, and durability.

The formulation effectively increases zinc levels in engine oil without raising phosphorus content, making it suitable for use with Mid and Low SAPS engine oils commonly required in modern low-emission engines. This allows improved wear protection without compromising exhaust after-treatment systems.

Note: This product replaces Penrite Pro Series Engine Boost+.

Applications

ENGINE ZINC BOOST+ is suitable for use in modern and classic 4-, 6- and 8+ cylinder four-stroke engines, including multi-camshaft and multi-valve designs (with or without VVT). It is compatible with naturally aspirated, supercharged, and turbocharged engines.

The product can be used in both high-performance and standard engines, making it ideal for racing applications as well as normal road and off-road use.
Not suitable for two-stroke engines.

ENGINE ZINC BOOST+ is designed for use with fully synthetic, semi-synthetic, and mineral high-performance engine oils. It is particularly well suited for Low and Mid SAPS fuel-efficient oils used in modern low-emission engines. Its advanced formula does not damage catalytic converters.

Zinc Increase (Approximate Values per 500 ml Bottle)

One 500 ml bottle added to a 6-liter oil system is sufficient to raise a typical Mid SAPS engine oil to approximately 1510 ppm of zinc, without increasing phosphorus, sulphated ash, or sulphur levels.

It is the product of choice for competitors in circuit racing, drag racing, rallying, drifting, hill climbs, time attack, regularity events, and motorsport exhibitions.

Vehicle Types & Fuels

Suitable for race and road use in passenger cars and light commercial vehicles. Compatible with engines running on:

• Petrol

• LPG

• E10

• E85 (racing use only)

• Diesel (excluding DPF-equipped engines)

• Avgas

• Methanol

• Nitro fuels and other specialty racing fuels

Not suitable for:

• Diesel engines equipped with DPF

• Two-stroke engines

• Four-stroke motorcycles with wet clutches (friction modifier may affect clutch operation)
