The FMIC.Pro performance intake manifold for 2JZ‑GTE engines, fully manufactured using CNC technology, is an advanced design developed with the use of Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD).
The channel geometry has been optimized to minimize turbulence, equalize pressure distribution, and maximize the volumetric air flow directed to the cylinders. CFD analysis has resulted in a manifold with exceptionally high flow efficiency, ensuring even cylinder filling across the entire rev range. The effect is improved torque characteristics, greater engine stability, and the potential to achieve higher power both in motorsport and daily driving applications.
The manifold body is made of high‑grade 6061‑T6 aluminum, precisely CNC‑machined from a single block of material. Thanks to this, the construction is extremely durable and resistant to extreme boost pressures, eliminating the risk of cracking. Additionally, the manifold is equipped with an integrated fuel rail, allowing injector installation and ensuring full compatibility with the fuel system.
The core of the manifold consists of integrated velocity stacks, whose geometry, optimized with CFD technology, guarantees fast, laminar, and even airflow to all cylinders. This translates into more efficient combustion, higher engine efficiency, real power gains, better throttle response, and more linear torque delivery across the entire rev range.
