The exhaust connector is an extremely important component of the exhaust system. The stainless steel braided exhaust connector nullifies the vibrations created when the engine is running, effectively extending the life of the exhaust system. Often the exhaust system breaks at the welds due to too much vibration of the whole system, especially at the connection of pipes to mufflers.
The use of a connector also improves driving comfort, as the previously described vibrations are not transmitted to the body of the car - the longer the braid, the more effectively it dampens vibrations. In motorsport, however, short connectors are most often used, having a length of 10cm.

The directional connector is used to connect min. WG valves or exhaust manifolds with each other. Thanks to its design, it equalizes stresses preventing cracking of, for example, a manifold. Very useful element during mechanical tuning.
