Manufactured from premium nickel-based superalloys (Inconel 751 / 600 series), ZRP exhaust valves maintain their structural integrity at exhaust gas temperatures exceeding 800°C. They are specifically developed for extreme-duty environments where conventional stainless-steel valves cannot tolerate the required thermal and mechanical loads. This makes them ideal for turbocharged engines, upgraded K04 / hybrid turbo setups, and endurance racing applications.

Each valve is precision CNC-machined, swirl-polished, and heat-treated to ensure superior dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and resistance to thermal fatigue.
