The FMIC.EU intercooler designed for the Nissan Patrol GU Y61 with the ZD30 3.0 CRD Common Rail engine is a reinforced, high-performance hi-flow bar & plate unit, developed as a direct replacement for the factory intercooler. It is an ideal solution for both off-road vehicles and cars upgraded for increased power and torque.

The stock intercooler in ZD30 engines is prone to overheating and leaks. The FMIC.EU intercooler eliminates these issues thanks to its single-piece cast construction, which remains leak-free even under high boost pressure. The bar & plate core provides significantly improved heat dissipation, more stable intake air temperatures, and consistent performance in demanding operating conditions.

The intercooler is made from high-quality T-6061 aluminum alloy, ensuring excellent mechanical strength and resistance to high temperatures. Each unit is pressure tested above 55 PSI.
