EGR Removal Delete FMIC.EU for Audi 2.0 TDI BVA BVF BVG BLB BRD

High-quality aluminum replacement for the EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) valve from FMIC. The flange is TIG welded and then surface-milled to ensure a perfect fit to the intake manifold. Additionally, it is CNC machined with an O-ring groove that prevents leaks at the connection point. The flange ends with a rolled collar to stop the hose from slipping off.

Using the FMIC EGR flange provides many benefits: faster turbo spool at low RPM, reduced carbon build-up (a common cause of EGR valve failure), and improved airflow.

After replacing a damaged EGR valve with this replacement part, ECU software must be updated so that the engine control unit does not report an error.
